Spearheaded a Product Management cleanup, wasn’t even on the Projects list but identified that this was a major paint point for the entire company and was creating inefficiencies all around.
Once the cleanup process began we started seeing the system and our processes start to improve immediately and we were able to reduce the products by 3.4 million products within 6 months.
